Region-specific tretmani cover protocols that fall outside classic facial medical aesthetics or that require specialised approaches on non-facial regions. Neck podmladjivanje is a combination protocol rather than a single technology, addressing skin quality, muscle tone, volume loss and bony support. A typical protocol includes a Nefertiti lift (botoks) for the platysma, skinboosters or bio-remodelling injections (Profhilo, NCTF) for skin quality, HIFU or RF microneedling for tightening and, where needed, deep HA filer to support the mandibular border. In advanced platysmal banding or significant skin excess, surgical adjuncts are considered. Because neck skin is thinner than facial skin, laser and energy parameters are kept conservative. Tretman addresses both: biostimulator filer (CaHA / Radiesse is most frequently used, applied subdermally via cannula) or HA filer for volume; IPL or Q-switched laser for pigment, plus fractional laser or RF microneedling for skin renewal; and mezoterapija or skinboosters for hydration. Yes — botulinum toxin type A is one of the best-documented tretmani for focal hyperhidrosis. It is most commonly used for axillary hyperhidrosis, but palmar, plantar, frontal and craniofacial hyperhidrosis are also recognised indications. Botoks blocks acetylcholine release at the postganglionic sympathetic cholinergic fibres supplying eccrine sweat glands. Onset begins at 3-7 days, full effect appears at day 14 and duration is typically 6-12 months; longer durability is typical in the axilla. A minor iodine-starch test can map the hyper-sweating area before tretman. Botoks is favoured in moderate-to-severe hyperhidrosis unresponsive to topical antiperspirants; candidacy is assessed at consultation.
Décolletage lines stem from a combination of side-sleeping habits, sun damage (photoaging), thinning skin and collagen loss. The tretman plan is combined: positional factors are addressed with silicone pillows or sleeping-position changes; skin quality is improved with IPL or Q-switched laser for pigment and fractional laser or RF microneedling for surface renewal; volume and hydration are supported with skinboosters (Profhilo, NCTF) or HA bio-remodelling injections; deeper lines may be treated with very fine, point-style soft HA filer. Because décolletage skin is thin and vascular, device parameters are kept conservative. A typical plan is 3-4 sessions 4-8 weeks apart, with results maturing over 3-6 months.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma), mezoterapija and LLLT (low-level laser therapy) are recognised adjunctive tretmani in androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium and diffuse thinning. PRP is autologous (from the patient’s own blood) with an excellent safety profile; a common protocol is 3-4 monthly sessions followed by maintenance every 3-6 months. Mezoterapija cocktails include biotin, panthenol, peptides, vitamins and amino acids. These tretmani are particularly supportive in early-stage hair loss and in protecting grafts after hair transplantation; they do not reverse advanced baldness. If hormonal drivers (DHT) need to be addressed, medical therapies such as minoxidil or finasteride are planned in parallel. Expectations are kept realistic; the plan is personalised at consultation.
