Most tretmani are performed with minimal discomfort. Ultra-fine needles are used for injection tretmani, and many filer products contain lidocaine (local anesthetic). Topical anesthetic cream or nerve blocks can be applied for sensitive areas. Cooling systems are used during laser and radiofrequency tretmani. Pain management is planned in detail before tretman and adjusted to each patient's comfort level.
