Medical Review Process
All medical-aesthetic content is authored and reviewed by Dr. Hamza Gemici (Specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, 30+ years of clinical experience).
Before publication, each term page is verified against: (1) FDA, EMA and Turkish Ministry of Health (TİTCK) regulatory approvals, (2) PubMed / Cochrane peer-reviewed literature, (3) Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD) and international society guidelines.
Content is reviewed at least every 12 months or whenever relevant guidelines / approvals change. Every page shows visible "Last updated" and "Last reviewed" dates.

Primary sources: peer-reviewed medical journals (PubMed, Cochrane Library), regulatory documents (FDA, EMA, TİTCK), specialty society guidelines (TPRECD, ISAPS, IMCAS).
Secondary sources: official product monographs, manufacturer clinical data summaries, meta-analyses of randomised controlled trials.
Not accepted: single manufacturer-sponsored studies without cross-reference, social-media claims, non-peer-reviewed blog content.
