When is Facial Ultrasound Meaningful Before Fillers?

Filler ultrasound is an imaging approach that evaluates facial vessels, tissue layers, and previously applied filler material using high-frequency ultrasound. Ultrasound can be particularly helpful in personalizing the plan in areas with unclear anatomy, previous filler applications, or high vascular risk; it should not be presented as an automatic necessity for every procedure.
